Overview;
Marianne's former military colleague and first ever friend. Has an affinity for getting into places he should not be getting into and aquiring stuff he should not have. Has musical talent and a dream is to be a violinist in an orchestra.
His father died when he was a kid and his mother took out her grief on him, chastising her son for not being manly enough or being a curse upon her all his conscious life. At some point in his early teenage years she injured him in a fit of anger, leaving his face permanently scarred and one of his eyes non-functional.
When he was fifteen, the two made an agreement that Hansel will do one year of military school in exchange for him getting to do whatever he wants once he's done.
That's how he ended up on the base. He was not welcomed with open arms. Found kinship in Marianne due to them both being outcasts and became really protective of her. Got discharged for attacking Marianne's creator with a metal pipe, started living with Vedder about two weeks after.
Wears his heart on his sleeve, very impulsive and easily aggrevated when something he cares for is threatened. Quite physically strong even if he doesn't necessarily look it.
Relationships;
Marianne Morgenstern:
His close friend. Very protective of her to the point of getting into fights in her name. Wishes he could have done more for her back during her Trailblazer days and tries to make up for the lost time however he can.
Orion Vedder:
His mentor and caretaker. Respected him a lot back when he was on the base, and is really grateful to him for taking him in after he got kicked out of the military ontop of that. Wants to make him proud.
Westley Morgenstern:
His close friend. Met them due to being part of their searching-for-Marianne team back when she ran away a second time. He thinks they're a pretty upstanding kid and is happy Marianne gets to have them as her sibiling.
Kyro:
His close friend he has a crush on. Geunenly thinks he is a really cool guy both for his views and his looks. Really likes hearing his voice. He tends to stand closer to the stage when he performs whenever he can manage it and feels kinda emabarrased about it.
